All of our meals can either be cooked in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800W or can be cooked in the oven for 10 minutes at 140°
Yes out of our current selection are vegetarian options are; Halloumi and Cauli rice, Caponata Pasta, Vegetable Vindaloo, Vegan BBQ pulled Jackfruit, Superfood salad, and our Spinach and Tomato frittata.
